We understand circumstances out of your control can sometimes arise. We ask our patients to please endeavor to give us as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment.

 

We prefer:

• 24 hours notice for appointments 1/2 hour or less; or

• 48 hours notice for appointments 1 hour or more (this includes 1/2 hour appointments made consecutively for multiple

             family members).

 

If a situation does arise, please call the practice (9606 8383) to inform one of our friendly staff members, and reschedule your appointment for a suitable time.

 

If insufficient notice is given on multiple occasions, a cancellation fee may be charged.
